Atv off-road fury 4

I liked the ATV games till they took out the real quads. I still buy them cuz they are fun, but I wish they would put real quads in them. One dumb thing, in the first game the Polaris Scrambler 500 is dang near the fastest quad in the game, and that is WAY off. I guess if they are going to put real quads in the games they should make them accurate. Is the 4th game that fun? I may have to snag it.

I agree with everyone, #3 sucked majorly. 2 is my fave, but I just got #4 today, and it's pretty sweet. The physics are a bit off, but easy once you get the feel for em. They have 450s, shees, and stuff, but they just have a different name. I like it so far. :ninja:

If a game can't get rights to actual names and shit, it's gonna be weak. Half the fun of these racing games to race REAL vehicles. Wether it be a million dollar sports cars i'll never be able to own or a 6k quad I DO own.

 

If you say the physics are off as well, it sounds more and more like ATV3. The quad feels like your driving a balloon in ATV3!

1 & 2 rocked, 3 sucked, atv vs mx unleasehed rocks too, I think 4 looks alot like 3 so im waiting till some of my friends buy it first to see if its any good.

I just took a look at the ATV4 shee, and I'm kind of sad...

It's still a good game IMO. The Austrailia section where you can race baja is badass :: It's a good game on it's own.

what they should do is get the makers from gran turismo and have them create a atv game with every atv and all of the physics that the quads have and all the bolts ons and stuff like they do in gran turismo. that would be a sick game to play :beer:

yeah it's the B6000 i think.. and its a 2 stroke.. the fastest quad in #2

 

the makers of grand turismo made tourist trophy .. it's the same tracks but on motorcycles.... :thumbsup:

i just rented offroad fury 4.. it'd be cool if the quads were real. i didn't play it long but if you don't mind the whole fake quad thing then it's ok i guess.. i don't like it for the reason of fake quads. there is a banshee in it though they are called like nomad 250 and stupid crap you start out with a 250 and it seems fast as hell for some reason.. i haven't been able to get anything else though.

i just beat #4 a few hours ago.

 

it was alright.

 

 

the whole story mode is about the team owners stealing money and spiking fuel with additives which clog up competitors carburettors so they lose the races. story mode was really weak, but what do you expect from an "Everyone" rated game.

 

 

on fury 4, the banshee has a 4 stroke sound which is really gay, but you wont be using the banshee much anyways. its just too slow.

 

what also sucks is some of the sponsors that give you things , some of them you have to race against to win things and if you win, some only give you a fuckin sticker for youre plastics. thats really weak. maier offer me a sticker and i turned them down.

 

stunting is harder in #4, you cant go back on a wheelie very far or else you fall off. same with stoppies. on 2 and 3 you could go back almost to the grab bar.

 

 

does anyone have cheat codes? hell id love to run the vehicles which i couldnt afford to.
