banshee04le Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 I need some opinions about shipping to an unconfirmed shipping address... problem or no problem??? Quote
Animalman294 Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Contact the post office, and they will tell you whether that address exists and who has it.............. Quote
feedmelies Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Contact the post office, and they will tell you whether that address exists and who has it.............. Not in all cases. I work with UPS and we use a system that checks with the Post Office. There are some addresses that aren't in the Post Office's system because people may not receive mail at those addresses. Most common instances are in small rural areas where people pick their mail up at the post office near them. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 if you got the money whats the big deal? is the account verified and the address isnt? either way i dont see a problem the guy spent the money so i dought he would give you a bogus address only thing to worry about is if the credit card he gave is his or not... but thats on him and paypal not you... csrmel Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 if he doesnt have a confirmed address and you ship it to him. all he has to say is that he never got the box. doesnt matter if you have a tracking number or not. you will get fucked. ive seen it happen to other people too many times. only ship to verified members with confirmed addresses. that is the only way to get paypal seller protection.
