Infamous039 Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 (edited) One day I was riding up a down my street, the Shee was running great, but all of a sudden no more power band, out of no where this happened. I though it was my jetting but I had been running this jetting for the whole summer with no problems, and the temp has not changed where I live. So I took it to the stealership and I just got my banshee back from the stealership having them look at it cause I have no power band. My bike just screams on the top end but isnt going fast like its should be. They did a compression test and I have 120psi. in one cylinder and 140psi. in the other cylinder. They said I need a new top end and thats why my bike is running shitty. They also said I needed a new chain and sprocket cause mine is worn real bad. Do you guys think my compression is real low and needs a topend and what should my compression be with my mods?????? I had them check my jetting and they said it was good and that wasnt my problem. Also I am gettin an extreme amout of smoke out of my pipes, could this be from the gas and oil getting past the piston rings, and being burned off???? My Mods. Good luck with your project man. dude if you cant get that head on there your hopeless working on your motor lol! its very ez to install just make sure the orings dont comeout of place and put it on there and torque it down...
