fresh motor, troubel starting

::my bro has a freshly rebuilt motor top to bottom and all gaskaets and seals,pistons rings bearings new cool head .this what we checked so far- compreson, leaks, spark, fuel, floats, jets to make sure no shit got in there. but it runs fine if you pop start it and when its warm you can kick it over to start it up, but when its cooled down your fucked back to pushing.

play with your jetting. check to see if you carb slides are in the right way(cut out to the back). is the choke tube between the carbs hooked up?
