hey guys

not sure if this is the right thread for the topic but im thinking about getting some axle spacers to widen the rear end alittle...was curious to know if any one has used them or are using them ..whats your thoughts

Get them. People say they will bust or are no good. But i had graphite one on my old blaster and i used to jump the shit out of that thing and those never broke. The steal or metal ones are much better and diff bolt designs on them. Go for it

I think you will be fine with them. But I wouldn't recommend geting the huge spacers if you are planning on jumping a bunch. Just wouldn't trust them, I "have" heard of them breaking, in fact I had 2 studs break off the end of mine. The spacers I had on the front of my old trail banshee did great other than that though, just hard to load in the back of my truck, lol.

cheers guys for the replys also i have heard that they put alot of stress on the axle..like become more prone to bending..is that true??

I put the 3" spacers on the front of my bike and flipped the back wheels and its a pretty good stance. I dont know about rear spacers but Im 250lbs and I have jumped my bike hard enough to bottom out the frame and the spacers held on just fine.
