Is it because I have hd spring and normal spring? if yes where do I installe hd and where normal? I suppose I install 1 hd, 1 normal, 1hd, 1norm etc...? I looked in clymer yesterday and they talk about cushion ring in clutch do I have to reuse those with the new clutches plates? thank you to answer fast :yelrotflmao: Quote

Most guy's mix them three and three. Adding the HD's gives extra holding pressure. If you use all 6 HD's it's a lot of work on the forearms in a days ride. Just instal them in rotation 1 std then 1 HD. As for the cushions...Throw them out. Their only used on the factory clutch. Are you using Kevlar fibers? Edited September 6, 2006 by Tedder Quote
