Snopczynski Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I run a 35mm pwk with a dek needle in middle clip position, 188 main jet, 45 pilot jet and 2 turns out on the a/f screw. Call Cascade, they run 2 into 1 setups on everything and know all the jetting specs for pj's and pwk's. Quote

RILS Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 Are you running a single or a dual setup? If dual a 150 main and 50 pilot with the neeedle in the middle clip is a place to start.Im running 148mains 50pilot with a cel in the top clip.If its a single iIhave no idea but would guess the sizes would be quite a bit larger. Snopczynski Posted August 19, 2006 Report Posted August 19, 2006 (edited) Too bad you didnt know enough about shit to say anything usefull. Junior, I have been racing and tuning Banshees since you were eating glue in the 5th grade. Put this in your pipe and smoke it! The cgk is gonna be too lean to start with, I would at least start with a dek, eej, or eek needle. clip in 4th position down from the top. Pilot size #50 is a good place to start. 1.5 turns out on a/f screw also. I would put a 190 main at least in it. I have a stock motor with bumped compression, pipe, and 35mm pwk and run a 188 main jet. Make sure the float level on the carb is about 11mm. Take it easy on it, see how it feels on the top and adjust from their. Do your main, then your needle positioning, finally your pilot and air screw. Edited August 19, 2006 by Snopczynski Quote
