kojack
Im looking at a banshee with vitos 404 cylinders, ftz carbs, coolhead, and it runs on alky. Does anyone have a opinion on if alky is worth it?

BigRed350x
IMO if its strickly drag yes, trail or dune NO. Definitely not for duning. You use too much fuel to to be useful in duning. I would have to stop twice and fill up to get to the back side of our dunes (where all the fun stuff is) and that would suck. I can barely make it to the back side, play around and back to the truck as it is. Alky just isn't practical for anything but serious drag racing.
