for the slower trails i installed 4 120mm fans on the front of my raidator. i wired them up so they they run in place of the low beam light switch.

 

shit stays as cool as i want it to be. wont overheat even when stationary. i did lose my low beams but i never used them anyways.

^^^^^ I agree- please post some pictures if you can, Im pretty interested in that set up. Plus if you have any temp readings from after the fan install I'd like to hear what they are. :headbang:

A radiator helps more than anything but it costs a fortune, until I break off the money to buy one I run a coolhead and engine ice. I use an inline cooler too, even if it doesn't do much at least it's billet. :beer:

Another thing that helps alot too is a billet water impeller...keep your eyes open on ebay and the for sale section for one going cheap. I think I only gave $45 for my prodesign one. Some fmf gnarlys for trails and fast trails, and fmf fattys and pt mids for all around riding. Do a search for pipes....
