if i lower my shee will it still be ok to go on trails.

and what is the best kit to get for the front and rear and how much should i drop her?

over in the uk i use it alot on the roads but also go on some mudy trails.

If you are going to lower your Shee. You'll have to be more cautious going through them, like for rocks, roots, anything to catch on(unless you have skid plates). And you wont be able to go through mud as good as if you where stock, due to lowering everything so it will "catch" on the mud at a lower height. So you wont be able to go through deep mud.
