They make a tester for the cooling systems and there are adaptors that you can put on and test your small outlet on the banshee radiator. The tester has a pressure guage on it and if after a few hours it drops any pounds (with engine cold through whole test) then there is a leak. If there is I would start by taking your cap to a radiator shop and they can test your radiator and the cap separately.

 

If the cap is good, go on to the radiator, if thats good go on to hoses, if those are good you may start replacing gaskets, and seals, but eventually you will eliminate all the variables.
