Toybreaker Posted June 4, 2006 Report Posted June 4, 2006 Ok decided to go with the 4 mill stroker with stock length rods. How deep do i cut the domes for clearance? and what do i cut the angle to? I know some of the builders that are on here can answer this question. since i am on here what would you recommend for in frame pipes for a 66mm bore, drag port, v-force reeds, 4mm stroker crank, cool head (domes to be made, gonna try for 20cc), and 35mm pwk's on gas? This engine is going into a suzuki LT chassis. I will post pics as it comes along. Quote

Toybreaker Posted June 5, 2006 Author Report Posted June 5, 2006 Ok so i dial in the face and Outside Diameter within .0005 total indicated runout and cut the bottom part of the dome(not locating face) in .0796 inches. I am Starting with 21 cc domes for a stock stroke. What angle should i cut it to? Give me a ball park figure so i am close. I can cc it and re-chuck it up later to get it just right. I don't want to cut too much. Quote
