Iam also at 200- 1000 ft above see level. where should i start on the jetting? This would be my first time jetting. Quote
banshdog Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 Mains: start around a 300. Pilots: may get away with stock.... if you are getting a bog in the 1/4 throttle area jump them up to 27.5 or 30's. Needle: stock position Quote
dajogejr Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 If you mean K&N Pod filters (no airbox) start at 330 main. If you have a single K&N in the airbox, 300 and work your way down. FMF's like fat pilots from everything I've read...27.5 would be a good start... Quote
Geoff Posted June 5, 2006 Report Posted June 5, 2006 I have FMF fatty's, +4 timing, shaved head, k&n's...so pretty close to what you have. I'm 310 main, 27.5 pilot(don't do a 30, bottom end will suck), needle in stock position and 2-2 1/4 turns out. I'm at sea level. That might get you close. Quote
