2005 banshee Posted May 22, 2006 Report Posted May 22, 2006 (edited) Your in the ball park with your jets. Just start high then come down as needed. I've got 320 main 30 pilot, needle clip in the third slot and air screws 2 turns out. Edited May 22, 2006 by 2005 banshee Quote
banshdog Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 Sounds like you are in the right range.... like 2005 banshee said, start higher (richer on the mains). personally i wouldnt change the needle adjustment, you may not have to. Quote
dajogejr Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 I'd start with 340s, work your way down. Needle in the 3rd groove (stock). You can run stock pilots with those, .5 to 1.5 turns out...or, 27.5 with 1.5 to 2.5 turns out. I had the same setup minus the milled head, and ended up with 330s... Same elevation, same temps. However, at Silver Lake Dunes, I was wide open ALL the time, and it was just a hair lean. Not enough to melt down...but, I very well could've gone 340s or 350s.... Quote
noshee4me Posted May 25, 2006 Author Report Posted May 25, 2006 thanks guys my buddy owns local shop and got me sum jets no pilots gonna start 320 and go down Quote
steveodo Posted May 25, 2006 Report Posted May 25, 2006 I think 320 would be a good starting point Quote
