I ordered a set of silencers from them and told this assclown I wanted polished silencers and Chrome stingers. I paid last Monday and I paid extra to get them by Friday. Long story short, I get the package today( After I paid for 2 day air).. The welds look great but this stupid fuck sends me bare metal stinger tubes. I call him back and raise hell about it and he tells me that he will ship me a set of chrome ones in 12 weeks What Chromer takes 12 weeks? I wouldnt recommend anyone from here to deal with them, I thought It would be a smooth transaction due to it only being silencers but boy was I wrong Quote

Nice enough to meet me locally, let me try a set out, I didn't like them at all, but...he was very nice about meeting me to pick them up and give them back. I'm not sure who is selling or making them now. Once I'm ready for new pipes, I think I'm just going to go the CPI or Shearer route, period.... Quote

I just didn't like the fit, as far as spark plugs...forgetaboutit...as well as smacking my knees on those beer kegs. You interested in getting rid of those CPIs? I'm going to ride my new cub for the first time this weekend, (hopefully...weather permitting)..I'll see how I like it with the T5s... CPI and 35PWKs might be on short order. However...if the bikes feels as good as it looks on the dyno...I think I might be set for a while... Good luck bro! Quote
2strokesmoke Posted May 10, 2006 Report Posted May 10, 2006 hey jeff, i called them after i pmed you for the number , and he told me that it would take 12 weeks for chrome 650.00 not shipped and a week for natural pipes for 485.00 . sorry to hear about what happened to you, but something told me not to mess with them ,so i called jeff at fast and he gave me a good price on cpi 2 day shipping and im sure they will be on time . i hope you get it worked out . the guy i talked to said he checks out banshee hq so maybe he will stop in and see this and get it straight good luck Quote

bansheerage Posted May 10, 2006 Report Posted May 10, 2006 i just talked to that guy myself (greg i think his name is) and he told me the same 12 week crap. hes actually helping me out alot. everyone knows the whole story with the last owners (firemann and minkia) well unfortunalty i was one who got jerked big time and still to this day dont have the full set. well this guy took my half ass set i have and is replacing it for a brand new one (complete this time) and is taking the loss himself just so he can better the name a little bit. so we will see what happens in a week or two when i get mine. And Jeff, if you decide to send them somewhere to be chromed, I know an awesome chromer. Brad uses them, and I used them on an a-arm, and they did a hell of a job. Im sure I still have there info around here somewhere. They were cheap too! Quote
