coolant overflow tank

a prev owner removed the aitrbox on my '87. Now I have nothing to fasten the coolant overflow tank to. Can I just remove it? It has been zip-tied to the frame, but thats pretty hack. lol

Yes you can take it off or buy a relocater bracket

ya you can just take it off- i havent used one for a while-no problems yet.

I like mine makes top offs easier, just zip tie it under the nose of the bike, it works better there anyways.

 

Stan (Cotton Eye Joe) also sells a relocator bracket that will keep it there. I think im going to get one myself because I am tired of the zipties.
