Weirdman Posted April 24, 2006 Report Posted April 24, 2006 OK i have a 87 kx250 model and it has chrome plating on it i am looking into just resleeving it with a steel but the guy said that if i do that i might have overheating problems with it because the 80's models arn't able to handle that... soo i said ... crap... i was wondering what the deal is... would it happen alot? alittle? anyway to fix the heating if i do get steel... Bike had aftermarket pipe, no other mods (I never even changed the jetting). Ran it 2 years almost daily without any problems before I sold it. . . Brian Quote
