ThE_BaNsHeE_mAn88 Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 i have this weird noise coming from the right side down by the water pump. i took the cover off and the impeller looks good.so i dont know. it sounds like a ratteling like something broke and is moving around. it would be a big help if you guys could give me some ideas on what it could be. BenBB Posted April 12, 2006 Report Posted April 12, 2006 You sure it's not the kickstarter? Banshees are notorious for that, it could also be clutch chatter, which is fairly normal. Beyond that I'd start tearing it down until you find it; could be water pump bearing, tranny bearing, crank bearing, etc. etc. Quote
