sheenut05mx Posted April 8, 2006 Report Posted April 8, 2006 (edited) Hey waz up guys how many of you use a extended swing any one looking for one? I just put a +4 on mine a is is f... awesome. It is a stock swingarm with +4 added in behind the shockmount. If any of you are interesting in doing this to yours let me know and we can work somthing out. blueshee03 Posted April 9, 2006 Report Posted April 9, 2006 i done that same thing a couple years ago.i cut it behind the shock mount and extended it 5 inches.i used eigth inch thick rectube the same size as what the stock swingarm was made of .i used my mig and welded it together.it had a very slight twist when i was finished but not enough to hurt anything and it worked great.i was trimming weight so i sold it and got a grr.as far as i know the guy is still useing it and has had no problems with it.
