6speed Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 I noticed that I have a tiny bit of play on the brake side of the axle only. The sprocket side doesn't have any. I dont guess I can just tighten up the axle nut just a hair instead of pulling everything apart for new bearings? Thanks inadvance guys. Quote
Hilarious Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 I dont think so, if you can budge the nuts. Try it. But your best bet, just my opinion would be to replace the bearings in there. I think they run about 30 bucks with seals. Just get ya some kind of 50mm wrench and a BFH and change em out before they break up on you when your out riding. Quote
Wicked98Shee Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 check to msake sure your axle is tight and of ya still have play in that side i would just do it rigght and replace the bearing Quote
