rsheppick Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Kenz is known more for their 4 stroke work than anything else.. They are widely talked about over at trx450r.org..... I have never heard anything bad about them regardless of the application. Quote
1azshee Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 For what I have seen from Kenz, looks like they focus more on 4strokers, dont you think? 490608[/snapback] I think they are known for 4 stroke stuff, but have heard good thinks about them with two stroke work as well. Quote
AZRENEGADE1 Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 (edited) I just contacted Kenz to port my cylinders. I had heard good things about them. Told him I wanted a port job. Next thing I know he is telling me I need Vforce reeds, welded crank, etc., etc.. I had to cut him off to explain that I already had all of the bolt ons installed and just wanted a port job. He replys with, "Well, bring in the motor so we can port the cylinders and tune the motor. It will run you $1,033." Frankly, he didn't seem too interested in doing the work and I am not too interested in spending my money there. Edited March 22, 2006 by AZRENEGADE1 Quote
