I had the same off ilde needle issues with my setup. I replaced the stock needles with my Toomey needles and the problem was solved.

I just contacted Kenz to port my cylinders. I had heard good things about them. Told him I wanted a port job. Next thing I know he is telling me I need Vforce reeds, welded crank, etc., etc.. I had to cut him off to explain that I already had all of the bolt ons installed and just wanted a port job. He replys with, "Well, bring in the motor so we can port the cylinders and tune the motor. It will run you $1,033." Frankly, he didn't seem too interested in doing the work and I am not too interested in spending my money there.

FYI. I just got a reply from Jeff at Moto Tassinari concerning the performance differences between the VF2 & VF3. Here is his reply, "The hp gains are approx. the same on a stock unit,although the 3 has better throttle response." Hope this helps.

Thanks for all of the great leads. I got with Vito's and ordered the pilots as well as a lot of other gaskets and things that I like to keep just in case. I don't know why I didn't think to check with him. I have done business with him in the past. Should have been one of the first places that I checked. Thanks, again for the contacts. I will put them in my favorites for future use.

Can anyone tell me where I can find 27.5 pilot jets for my Banshee on the net? I have checked all of the locals and no one stocks them. So I figure if I have to order them I might as well have them shipped to my door. I haven't had much luck searching the net so far so any info will be appreciated.
