got to wait till i sell my wheeler then hopefully i can find a cheap one for like 1800 or i can wait till this summer and buy one for like 3 maybe 4 grand but i dont want to spend that much. the way u talk about the 250 sounds like ill fall in love with it.

well i think the 250r wil ldominate everything if u have money haha its a nice wheeler u guys think a piped 250r will smoke a piped 400 ex ? my cuzin has one

 

The R should be able to kick the shit outta the 400 ex.

all the 4's do but the 3's dont. only the 85 and up 3 wheelers i think :confused: . my brother has a 3 250r and man that thing is fast and scary. it has a pipe and i think it is ported and i dont know what else. it pulls hard, my banshee doesnt stand a chance right know :cry: . i want to get some stuff for my shee before we go to the dunes. :cheers:

all trxs are liquid cooled,, no hydrolic clutch, but u can buy them,, ill put my R which is stock cylindar stock bore, but plenty of other goodies up against a banshee with same. ported.piped and bigger carbs all day long and run with them and beet them, unless where gonna go drag port strokers such and such, that now can turn into a pissin match but u must remember that the rider has a HUGE part in i tand ive seen many bikes that are fast get beat cause of the factor of the rider, and if u wanna see proof of drag Rs runnin and beatin drag banshees go to planetsand.com and now under jimmys pics u can see a R beating up on 7mill plus banshees.. and everyone has a different situation all over where we ride so everyone is gonna start arguing that it can or can not run with the banshees because the Rs theve been around arnt maybe done the same or as big as others. 02 cents.

the 250r is an awesome all around great bike. anyone says different is closed minded.the only reason the pros stopped racing them is because the factorys started throwing money at the new stuff. they were still the pros choice up to a couple years ago. I'm lucky enough to own both, if you can afford to keep the shee too you'll be a very happy man.

the ct 350 power valve kit seems to be a great deal. all parts and labor included, just send them your engine. :bolt:

Keep the banshee yea i could but dont want to im juts gonna buy a 250 and throw alot of cash in it and ct racing is good but im gonna go with www.esr250.com get a 350 powervalve fully ported cylinder with a 5mm crank and 39 mm carbs. nik

I see u got reg tires in ur pics i take it u dont ride sand how does a pc frame last in mud and shit and how much u puting into the 250r for ur girl. nik

Actually the only place I ride is the sand. I just put regular tires on because its easier to move it around in the garage. The 250r I bought her was pretty much stock. So far I have bought a plus 4 swinger, blue fullbore plastic, K&N, Paul Turner pipe. A-arms and everything else are going into the chromer this week. I want it to look good but it is plenty fast for her already. The only thing I really need are some Elkas or works shocks. So if anyone has them shoot me a pm.

just let your girl no to not slip off that forward kicker ooooooouuuuuccccchhhhh!!!! mines got 185lbs comp and my girl thought she was gonna get on it and take it to the gas station.. lol needless to say she did make it to the store and had a HUGE!! bruise on her shin id go with ESR over CT definatly,, id go with curtis sparks with their motors but there usually like a year out!!

Yea esr seem to be a good company from what ive seen and read. im looking at swing arms for the honda 250 i cant find any under 750 doller ill need one when i soup it up. nik
