So it may not be accurate at all rpm's. Quote

I f you want one that is not bulky and sticks out tyr www.warpdrive.com and look for modle called heatseeker. iI use both styles. Heatseeker up by the rad and the other (mech gauge) down in the lower hose by the head. Quote
