I just warm it up at idle and let it cool down then check the torque. I do this about 3 times then ride her for about 5-10min at 1/2 throttle, then I just open her up. Never had an issue.

it's the heat cycles that are important. Need to heat up to operating temp then cool. I do it 2~3 times then retorque, an easy 10~20 min ride never going full wot. Then ride it like you normaly would. I use the same oil (yamalube) at 32:1 and I get almost 175hrs on a topend
