nutcase Posted February 1, 2006 Report Posted February 1, 2006 Can you powdercoat banshee arms.Ive heard yes and no.No because the heat with make the ball joints pop or explode because of the trapped air behind them and they are not removable.I have a powder coating machine and plan on doing the frame, swing arm, axle carrier, foot pegs, steering stem etc etc.I dont want everything looking slammin with the lolliepop blue and super chrome and then have shitty painted a arms. Shee-Male Posted February 1, 2006 Report Posted February 1, 2006 You answered your own question. The heat will melt out all the grease! Aftermarket a arms are pretty reasonable now days, get a set that way you won't have crappy factory arms on a potentually tight lookin PC frame! Quote
