NYUK Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 sand paper. sand it down with different grits, like 400 and end up with like 1200 . Quote
yamahammer_409 Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Do a search on here or go to the apperance forum. There is several very good how tos in there. Including my own . Which I think would help you the most. Truthfully it would be worth reading the tread for you. And like I said there are a bunch on there. Quote
bansheeryder_69 Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 just use some 1000 grit sand paper and mothers polish, should do a good enough job. Quote
broke Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Like all of the above has said, sand and polish. The technique really depends on the size and depth of the scratch and the tools you have at your disposal. We have to smooth all kinds of stuff at work, I wish I could say we ever used the same exact technique, but we don't. Quote
