My buddie just called and asked me about some FMF Cylinders for his shee,

They guy selling them told him that they are better than anything out there. He also mentioned to him that you cant buy them in the stores.

They look pretty trick cause its the cylinder reeds and carb, no boot at all. It also has a FMF head....

Are they any good? or are they worth some cash? He is waiting for my responce to purchase.

Way back when T-Rex Cyl's were sold by FMF and said FMF in the side... they are probably just old T-Rex cyl's... Great cyl's just the same, but kinda outdated now that Cheetah's are out... Unless of course FMF has got into something new now... :shrugani:

I looked all around to see if I found pics but nada.

The head is also stamped with FMF as well as the Cylinders.

Yep, old Trex cylinders. If the price is right Id get them. They should have powervalves, and Im sure that while they might not be as good as the new cheetahs, they're better than stock cylinders.

FMF hasn't sold them in a while, I do remember reading a review of the FMF cylinders in Dirt Wheels probably 6 or 7 years ago.

Yea FMF sold the monoblock cylinder, last year I remember was 2001. They may have been t-rex cylinders. Unless I could get them really cheap I'd pass on them. The cubs are 875 new. Also I think they came in 400cc with using stock crank.
