I was wondering what you guys think about this? Is there any way I can get the title? What if he wrights me a bill of sale???

Any help will be nice!

I would get a bill of sale for sure. Then contact you local Department of Natural resurces or you local license branch, maybe even your local law enforcement. One of them could tell you.

I think every state is different. In Oregon, you can get a title by submitting a UCC search from the Secretary of State office on the person you bought it from and yourself to show that there are no liens placed against the people with regard to the quad.

Best thing I'd recommend is calling the DMV and asking how to go about it.
