'00 400EX for 1000 dollars Sell or trade
Speedie replied to Speedie's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Here are the pictures. It has new Maier grey plastic, no red. Very good shape. It's a 99 not a 00. It's in as good a shape as my 02. My 02 is just a back up bike with very low hours. -
'00 400EX for 1000 dollars Sell or trade
Speedie replied to Speedie's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Forgot to mention. I'm located in Indiana an hour south of Indianapolis. -
I don't have it yet, but this weekend I will be picking up a 2000 400ex, red with 2 set of plastic one new one used. It needs a top end, piston, timing chain. I have a brand new head for it and most of it is stock. It ran good before the top end grave out. I have an quote for 600 dollars for all the parts it needs to get it back and running. It is complete and I'll be more than happy to let anyone check it out in person. I can get pictures to anyone who is interested. Asking 1000 dollars. I can deliver for a fee. I don't have a title, not required in Indiana on older bikes, but I will give a bill of sale and can provide you with the vin if you want to run a check with the DMV. Email me at [email protected]. If you have something to trade let me know. Thanks

Sorry it took so long to reply. I don't get on here very much. I would be interested in seeing pictures if you have them. Email me at [email protected]. Don't forget to tell me your location. If you plan to drive this truck much be prepared for a large gas bill. It's very depenable, but don't expect to get far on a tank of gas. What's your other truck. I'm getting ready to move. I have Chevy truck parts still for other trucks and this one too. I might work into a deal. I just want to get my barn cleaned out before I move. If anyone else is interested please send me an email also. I've gotten some offer, but still looking. I've been driving this truck alot latily and it's a blast to drive. Would make someone a great play toy or daily driver.

I have a 1985 Chevy fullsize with 6 inch suspension lift and 35 super swampers. Has rebuilt motor with new Elderbrock carb and intake, rebuilt 350 turbo train with B&M shift kit, rebuilt 205 transfer case with part time kit. Superwinch lockouts, It has 119K orginal miles. Drive train is from a 1 ton and axles are from a 3/4 ton. Has custom drive. It will need paint, some very minor surface rust, but body is very straight no bondo, a good weekend and it can be painted. Runs and drive great, can drive anywhere if you can afford the gas. Need little to be a great show and go truck or bash and trash the way it is, but I think if you saw the truck you will realize it's too great a shape to just trash. These trucks are starting to become very hot and people are starting to buy these up. Email me with your trade and if you want pictures. [email protected]. I'm looking for Banshees in the 4000 and up range. I can sweeten the deal for the right bike. I'm in southern Indiana, but can deliver. Thanks.
-
Are you looking for someone to paint the car then for the Banshee? Or what kind of trades did you have in mind? Do you have a list of mods and pictures? Could you send them to [email protected]. Thanks
-
Somewhere on the page he says there are ways around that. I have a feeling he's going to tell someone to run it with straight gas when they go to have it tested.

This guys on crack. I see he lowered this buy now to 45K. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Bans...100775893QQrdZ1

Amen Red. Don't forget to encourage others to sign. This is the year tell the grabbers to shove it!! I see you've done alot more to your Banshee. Looks great. Is the other one yours too?
-
If you want to keep your rights to bear arms. Remember gun grabbers don't just stop at one ban. You need to sign this and email it to anyone else who owns gun and would like to keep owning it. Post this on other sites. If you want to do more join the NRA, write your congressman and voice your opinion. This is real if we don't do something kiss your guns good-bye. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/409898348

Any electricians in here? I need help!
Speedie replied to Toomey Banshee's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Let me guess, married and wife want's this. Just put a lamp in there and have done with it. Then go buy that trailer. Sorry I couldn't be of any real help, But sounds like it's going to be expensive either way. -
It is ashame Bigred that you don't come on here much anymore. I think when people fight on here, It's only hurting this sight. When the Banshee are gone after this year there are going to be fewer and fewer Banshee riders every year. This site is domed, rather we like it or not (hope I'm wrong here though). Any way like you said this isn't the place for this. Good luck with your sale. wish I had the money for them. I would love to have them.

I wish I had a boat to trade you. I think you'll love boating. I love the water, don't get me wrong I love Banshee's as well, but I can't take myself and 3 to 5 girls on a Banshee for a ride. Put then girls in bikinis, drinking beer, rubbing sun tan lotion on and getting wild and, well like I said I love the water. Go out and find the boat you want and have fun. Don't worry about the gas for a boat. I get about 5 to 10 mpg in my boat, but a tank will last me all day, sometimes a few weeks. Because you don't have to run a boat all the time to have a good time on one. For every minute I spend at WOT at 5 mpg. I must spend 15 to 20 minutes just floating around. Getting crazy with them girls.

Call me a dork, but I want one. http://www.jetski.com/article.cfm?id=659 I think this would be great for the area I live in. Only thing is a jet pump wouldn't do well in muddy water. I want mine to be powered by a regular prop or something else besides a jet pump.

Good Friend of Mine Crashed This Weekend
Speedie replied to TurbochargedOne's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I can't even imagine what he's going though. I crashed last weekend and cut my hand down to the bone. I had get two stiches. It's heal nice, but I'm still having troubles using it. I hear of stuff like this and realize I'm very lucky, it could of been worse. Tell him the guys are Bansheehq are hoping the best for him. -
This guy I know had 12K in his Banshee. It was a Cub also, but not a stroker. He had more money in the suspension than you do, but not as much polished stuff. The bike was in rough shape, but ran great. He got somewhere in the low 4's for his. I would think you could get more than that since yours is a very clean bike. I hope this helps, it's vague I know. Just see who give you the highest offer or ebay it I think it do well on there. Wish you was located in the U.S. I be interested. Anyway good luck.

Hey, is it the same friend. I'm seeing a trend with this guy if it is.

You have any updates for us? Hows he doing? Better I hope. Sycoracer911 if you ever have a bad wreck like that get to the hospital. You could have had internal injuries and died. I know this really didn't have anything to do with you, but you should always becareful before taking you helmet off after a bad crash. -
Put a location and price on there, your get more interest. Nice bike though.
-
You might want to put your mod's and location down. Looks like a kick ass bike. Free bump.

To keep my totalled Banshee or not.
Speedie replied to Speedie's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I plan to buy one already built. I know that's not a real man's way of doing it, but I just don't have time to build one from the ground up. Especially the bike I want. I want a 10mm stroker cheetah/t-rex. Maybe on alcohol. The only thing I want to do is maybe custom paint it and chrome it out. I plan to only most ride it on the road. -
That's awsome. What kind of stuff are you going to be coating? You'll have to do some parts for me.
-
Your right, I just thought the bars were turned slightly. But if you look at the front wheels their staight. Did you notice the the bars and grab bars are bent down the same direction left side down, if you facing the bike. Wonder if it was from the same crash. From my exprience, if you roll it hard enough to bend the bars and stem the triple trees ( guess their called that on a atv?) usually get bent too.

To keep my totalled Banshee or not.
Speedie replied to Speedie's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Well I decided to keep it. I figure I could always get a good used frame for it, but I more than likeily I will just ride it the way it is. It still rides great. I'm going to buy a drag/dune bike soon and may need parts off of it anyway. I figure I could always part it out if I had too and should be able to get the 1600 back for it or hope anyway.
