so i am rebuilding my banshee and getting all new bearings

the sterring bearing on this i cant figure out how to remove it

it has a hex headed inside bolt on the top of the bearing does that have to come out to change it or what????

get a nut the size of the inside diameter then put a short I mean short bolt through the nut. slp it in and loosen. At least that is what I used, maybe they make a tool.

Sorry Yes that has to come out in order to remove the bearing

Its regular.

I sell a driver that snaps on the end of a ratchet wrench, and fits right in the nut.

Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

Try soaking it in penetrating oil over night. That has worked for me e few times. No matter how clean I keep it, that bearing is always a bitch. Also you could try giving it a few good smacks with a dead blow like you would for a balljoint.
