I unhooked my tors and still the same thing. It will rpm in neutral but as soon as i put it in gear it has no balls. I replaced the reeds checked the carbs evrything i could think of and nothing. It has a 2 into 1 motofast pipe on it now but i have a set of fmfs to go on it. you think that may be the problem?

Check the exhaust coming out of both pipes. Are they equal pressure?

Probably not. Try switch spark plug wires and see if its still not firing on the same side. If the problem moved to the other side its electrical. If it didn't, then its:

Carbs out of sync

low compression

bad reeds

airleak

plugged jets

case leak

different jet sizes in each carb

old spark plugs

Think that's all of em...

Thanks for the help guys. I still cant figure this thing out, we've tried everything! It runs fine when you shut the gas off so we checked out the floats and everything. It's probably something stupid i over looked :shootself: If anyone could help me out more i would greatful.

make sure the choke tube is connected, and make sure you didn't switch the slides side for side.

If I had a weak spark would it over fuel? Because like I said when I shut the gas off it runs a lot better. I changed the coil out but it was the same. If the cdi was going bad could that the be the cause?

I had the same thing with mine, after a few hours in the shop I was told that

it was something in the wiring harness or the stator.Has your wirring been hacked? The rigth side never warmed up and thru mass fuel out on my bike. Make sure your slides are in correctly because there is a cut out in them that is directional.

I was also told to check the trans fluid for discoloration from a case leak.

Have you checked compression?
