get rid of the box and you should be right around 340 main 30 pilot.

damn..350 mains!..i have all this mods..but i want to remove the lid..

You can modify the lid also. Cut the last 1.5" off the end of the lid towards the back right behind the clips so you still have all four clips to hold the cover on....this will give your shee all the air it needs.

I ran the same setup (sst pipes, k&n filter w/ lid off) - 320 mains, 30 pilot, stock needle slot.

 

Now I have the clamp on filters with 340 mains, stock pilots, dynojet needles 4th slot (these needles make u have a richer pilot circuit, also im going down to a 330 main in the summer because it will bog)

 

Note: Same elevation and air temp with perfect jetting. I would just take the whole lid off because you can put it back on when you wash your bike so the filter doesnt get wet.
