Ducman Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 You should already be very close. Raising the compression is not supposed to change jetting but timing advance will. I would go up 1 main size maybe 2 to be safe. Quote
Banshee~ Posted December 7, 2005 Report Posted December 7, 2005 Do you just have the airbox lid off or did you take off the whole airbox? just lid off -320 mains whole airbox off-340 mains Quote
northshore Posted December 7, 2005 Author Report Posted December 7, 2005 (edited) I put the 320's in and it ran a little ritch, but i havnt installed the timing plate yet. it started on the 2nd kick, i ran it around the yard a little bit, but it wouldnt idle. i turned it off, and went to start it again and it would not start, gave it a little gas while i kicked it and it started up but again wouldnt idle. does this mean i need to increase the pilot jet? or just adjust the needle. i have the needle in the stock position right now, but i also just got a set of dyno jet needles that I need to install. any recomendations are much apreciated Edited December 7, 2005 by northshore Quote
