+4 timing and a lighten flywheel would be a good setup.

 

it depends on the gas you run and your compression if you want +7 usually its more for drags

 

buy a plate. ricky stator has them for like 35 bucks

Can you add just the +4 degree Key or do u have to do other stuff along with it? And is it worth getting? I ride Dunes and Trails?

Stay away from the degree keys. I've heard nothing but troubles. A degree key will run you $15-20, so for only $15 more you can have the Ricky Stator plate, and dial up any amount of advance up to 10 degrees. For the stock setup most will run 3-4 degrees advance, up to 7-8 with an aggressive port, and most often dragging.

the degree key is just a a total piece of shit and waste of 25$ IMO ,get the ricky stator plate set it up for +4 or +5 and cut the stock flywheel

I had a question about that too? If I advance my timing, am I going to have to adjust my carbs and rejet? I already run 50/50 race gas!

i got 4 degree key in one bike and 7 in a nother they work good but for the monney i would get ajustubel stater plate so you can fine tune it i will never by a keyway agine

With your mods you shouldn't need to run 50/50 even with +4 advance. Although you'll be on the edge after the advance if you're at sea level. Usually a timing advance doesn't require a rejet.
