Need some help!

I recently had to take my banshee motor out due to a tranny failure and I got the motor back tonight, put it all back togather went to start it and here are the issues so far..

 

It will not idle..

 

Wont rev high..

 

Smokes like a train..

 

I'm thinking it needs to be tuned because of the colder weather but I have been wrong before so if anyone can help me it would be great..

409 stroker motor, vitos crank,mikuini 35mm carbs, fmf fattys/powercore, k&n filter, boyseen reeds,2mm off the head, wiesco pistons, port/polish intakes and exhaust..

Just wondering what is the stock carb jet size and needle position?

 

My cousin is having problems with his now lol

0last time i took my engine out it did the same thing ran all messed up for like 30 min then finally ran good dont no why but it did
