dawarriorman Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Well, I have my shee apart right now for a rebuild since it had 125 lbs of compression with 21 cc domes at sea level (ring gap of over .060). It had some small scratches in the cylinder, so I was going to bore it, but the local shop wants $80 bucks a jug to bore it. For one, they suck, and are overpriced on everything, and 2 they are incompetent. So the only thing I buy from them is pre mix, just cuz its convinient, but I know I can find somewhere cheaper that I trust more with my jugs than them. So who can bore them for a good price (preferrably in the southeast)? I don't have enough money to port it right now, so thats out of the question, pistons and boring is all I can afford right now.
