My friend is getting some 30mm PWK's and is wondering if they will work with the stock manifolds?

most likely not

 

if they do fit they will stretch the boot out quite a bit. would be smarter to get one that fits the size of the carb so you dont rip it and get an air leak or something later down the line.

28-30 mm pwks will fit stock boots fine! Need to look closely at the bottom of the boots and all around and check for cracks first though. 33mm on up require bigger intakes to fit correctly.
