Stinger Posted November 1, 2005 Author Report Posted November 1, 2005 Cool, thanks for the info! Quote
DemonShee Posted November 1, 2005 Report Posted November 1, 2005 Right on! You got the perfect quad for her. My wife has a 96' Polaris Express 300 that we got for $1700 that is no kidding in show room condition. Took her out on it a few weeks ago to the dunes and she really liked it. Easy for her to handle, easy on the backside, she loves it! Quote
DemonShee Posted November 1, 2005 Report Posted November 1, 2005 I forgot to add, definatly do the pipe for it and if you can do any porting, like just some cleanup a bit. Makes a huge difference on those 400's. I also recomend calling and tlaking to a few of the Polaris mod shops and check what spring combo your running in your tranny. That will also help it a bunch. None of this is to make her a power house quad, but will give her the power to get out of situations she might find herself in on the dunes. Quote
scuba147 Posted November 1, 2005 Report Posted November 1, 2005 i have a 98 400l sport(besides a banshee)--same as a scambler----its great for my girlfriend who never rode a quad before and my dad. Had it for four years and only had two problems--chain snapped and starter went. Quote
Stinger Posted November 2, 2005 Author Report Posted November 2, 2005 I also recomend calling and tlaking to a few of the Polaris mod shops and check what spring combo your running in your tranny. Anybody know of any good Polaris performance shops I can contact? Quote
Posted November 2, 2005 Report Posted November 2, 2005 If she has a large life insurance policy Id get her that K&T 670 Drag bike. Seriously get a 400ex, Raptor, Z/KFX400, something easy to ride with smooth 4 stroke/joke power. Then latre move her up to something beastly if she has the intrest. 430545 your a idiot id personally get her a hayabusa banshee custom . Quote
ozosborne Posted November 2, 2005 Report Posted November 2, 2005 Two of the women in our group have the trailblazer 250 two stroke. They look identical to that scrambler. Great quads! Quote
