Yamaha350T Posted October 12, 2005 Report Share Posted October 12, 2005 (edited) ok, i go to a technical high school, and in order to graduate we need to do a project in our shop and write a paper on it. Im in welding shop, and ive built a custom round housing from a stocker w/ the housing from Alloy Specialties my sophomore year, and i figure its the best project i could think of to do now . Now what i need is as much info as all of you can throw at me. Pics would also be great too. Whats worked better, what hasnt. My 1st and only one i built is still working great on JKJK's shee. I really need to see what you guys have done for jigs, because my family has 4 banshees all togother, and they are all gonna get one probably in the future. locogato11283 Posted October 13, 2005 Report Share Posted October 13, 2005 ive done several of them and never used a jig..just lined them up and measured..worked fine for me...welding is shit in these pics cuz i wasin a hurry..i have sinced learned to tig weld so mig is a thing of the past unless i got massive holes to fill up... this carrier kit came from stan (cottoneyedjoe) here on the site...
