Turbobanshee_kid Posted September 8, 2005 Author Report Posted September 8, 2005 THE STOCK ENGINE MAKES 48H.P. JUST RAN THE BIKE ON U.S.27 I had a freind get next to me in a dodge R/T 5.9 HE said he has going all most 100mph Quote
thegroup Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 were the tires on the R/T stock size, hell, my lt250 was clocked at 97mph by the Archie Police on payvment Quote
leadsled Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 (edited) stock banshee motor may make 48 hp but not at the wheels you lose 20%hp thru drive train and crap ur bikes plenty fast for what your doin besides i slowed my bike dow so you should have no worrys anyways if a stock banshee does make 48hp its should be makeing 38.4 hp to the wheels now as how fast it can go depends its now has to move its own weight so say 400ibs then whatever you weigh so hopefully u see where im comming from you wanna really hual ass have the motor ported Edited September 8, 2005 by leadsled Quote
sp1tekiller Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 Actually a stock bike makes 37hp according to FMF. Most dynos I have seen put it around 40/41. You are probably making close to 50. Quote
