Z28ROC Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 With the clutch basket removed, the wheels are locked up in every gear. Is this normal? It seems to me the wheels should turn as well as the main shaft. When I shift it in nuetral the mainshaft turns, and so do the wheels. That doesn't seem right either. Can someone please explain to me how this is supposed to work? Quote
RBD Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 Sounds to me like one of the wheel gears on the shaft it self as seized to the shaft. I have run into several Banshee's that the 2nd wheel gear bushing work it self out binding the gear to the shaft. Ron Quote
Z28ROC Posted July 17, 2005 Author Report Posted July 17, 2005 Yeah, something is definately siezed up in there. I guess it's time to split the cases and stroke it. Quote
