sweetshee4312 Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 Well guys i traded some stuff with someone....I traded my dynoport 2-1 pipe for blue label rims with holeshots and a coil, cdi and wiring harness....Well i sent out the pipe and i waiting a few days and got the rims....But there was no wiring harness or cdi or a coil....Just the rims....well "supposidly" the other stuff fell out of the package in ups shipping, so he was fighting with ups about it....but i can even show u the pms....He was saying oo i just got off the phone with him i should have the parts in 10 days....and now its 2 months later and no parts still.....So i pmed him like a week ago about it....Supposidly since im 17 he doesnt deal with me(im not 18), but he wants to talk to my parents who dont even know the siuation...i dont know what they can do that i cant but anyways....and now he tells me he wasnt happy with what i gave him and the "peiece of junk pipe was not worth 50 dollers"...and..."He does not owe me anything at this time", he then told me i didnt send him good pictures.......he never said anything about the pictures at the time....and i was on the phone with him when he got the pipe and he had no complaints.......so i sent him another pm saying, well if ur not happy send the pipe back and i will send the rims back and he never replyed to that pm im still waiting for 2 days now..... So what im asking is there ne thing i can do about it....or just hope he eventually sends me the parts....im not saying any names right now, but under the situation what would u do? __________________________________________________________________ Re:parts, Apr 15 2005, 01:43 PM Hey I wanted to let you know that they found the cdi,coil and voltage regulator and are sending it back to me actually it went out yesterday so I will have it by Tuesday she said. racer Posted July 16, 2005 Report Posted July 16, 2005 i would try to work things out as best thy can be done, and see how it turns out. if it turns out good, then you havent ruined the guy. if it turns out bad blow his name up on here and let the HQ know about it, but only as a last resort. until then just be diplomatic and polite about the situationa and hopefully it will end happliy. crbanshee Posted July 17, 2005 Report Posted July 17, 2005 get ahold of him and tell him or her that it dosnt matter if you are 5 or 55 in the world of business you cannot tell someone after the deal has been done that all of the sudden you wont deal with them because of age..its illegal..i would get the parts back that you sent to them and get their parts back to them and call it even..if that dosnt work then all you can do is get that name out there and help the rest of us not get fucked by the same person Quote
