Dark Ranger Posted July 14, 2005 Author Report Posted July 14, 2005 How have the FM transmitters been working for you guys? I've read some poor reviews about them. Anything from them breaking easy to constant static. Quote
dbkid13 Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 I have the belkin transmitter and it works good when your close to the antenna, also go to slickdeals.com to look for good deals on mp3 players, thats where I found my dell dj 20 giger for like $125. You can find some good stuff for cheap there. ---Sam Quote
rjvoight Posted July 14, 2005 Report Posted July 14, 2005 I have the Belkin as well. It works pretty good, the closer to the antenna it is the better. Spend a little more money though and get the most channels options you can. RJV Quote
racer Posted July 15, 2005 Report Posted July 15, 2005 porn on the go 392196[/snapback] oh shit, that sounds like an indecent traffic accident already. Quote
bansheeryder_69 Posted July 15, 2005 Report Posted July 15, 2005 My little brother just bought one. Shit I use it more than him. Honestly though put that money into the banshee. I would never pay what $250 for a white wallet sized thing that will eventually break and you will probably not be able to fix. My .02. Quote
txblueshee Posted July 15, 2005 Report Posted July 15, 2005 I got a creative labs one... strap it to the inside of my arm when I ride . Mike Quote
Sandy Trails Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Just got a 60gig for my wedding present. Was looking at some of the others. There are way more accesories for the ipods than any other mp3 player. I have 35gigs of music on it cause i shared my library with friends who also have ipods which I copied libraries from. I started using i tunes long befor I had and ipod for parties instead of using burned cds why not it works more or less like a cd jukebox but it was free. Also if i tunes doesn't have the music you want you can request it and usually within a week they'll inform you it's available. As far as the Fm transmitter goes I would buy the Extreme Mac transmitter. Check out the i pod lounge for more info I believe it's ipodlounge.com Quote
Dark Ranger Posted July 22, 2005 Author Report Posted July 22, 2005 Congrats on both your wedding and iPod! Thanks for the info. I think I've decided to get one. I just haven't got around to doing it yet. I appreciate all the info I've got, though. Quote
