BansheeBrian Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 Do I go by the written directions on the bottle or what my fellow BHQer's suggest? What mix? Quote
sredish Posted June 27, 2005 Report Posted June 27, 2005 1) If your going to use Water Wetter, follow the bottle's instructions. 2) If your going to listen to a fellow HQ'er, then take the Water Wetter back and get some Engine Ice and put it in, no water, just straight Engine Ice. Quote

I totally agree with sredish. Engine Ice is the shit, dropped my overall temp by 15-20 degrees Quote
Killdmycobra Posted June 28, 2005 Report Posted June 28, 2005 47% ethylene glycol/47% distilled water/ 6% water wetter. This works better than engine ice. Quote
BansheeBrian Posted June 28, 2005 Author Report Posted June 28, 2005 I'll try the water wetter since I bought a few bottles of the stuff a month ago. Tough tryin to fight off this "fry an egg" 80 degree weather here in Connecticut. Quote
05bansh Posted June 28, 2005 Report Posted June 28, 2005 Or get some Amsoil Radiator fluid. Same stuff as engine ice, excpet it comes in 1 gal. bottles rather than 1/2 gal. bottles for a few dollars more than engine ice and you get twice as much. Quote
