Not wanting a heavily modded bike. 250R is-1989 frame Powdercoated Red, '86 bottom end. New top end (".040), New ESR cool head, ESR TRX-5 Center Mount pipe (Chrome), new ESR 39pwk carb, new counter balancer holder (ESR). Has brand new main bearings and seals, transmission freshened up, new Hinson basket and Barnett clutch. Chrome Stator cover, AC pro peg nerfs, AC bumper and grab bar. Has new style Maier plastic, racecut (red) with new black seat cover. Renthal handle bars, aluminum radiator scoops, flamed shockwears. Includes turf tamers on aluminum and holeshot fronts. Also have a full set of GBC sand tires on custom painted black wheels.Also have spare cylinders, a spare bottom end and many other parts to go with the bike. Bike runs really strong and is super reliable. Looking to trade for a clean, reliable Banshee. Must have some mods, but in good shape. Asking $3900 for mine or let me know what you've got to trade. sredish Posted June 6, 2005 Report Posted June 6, 2005 I'm 2 hours south of OKC and I'm almost considering it. I have a fairly nice 02 banshee. Motor is on it's first overbore and has just a few hours, maybe 5. It also has a mild wood port, T5's and Paul Turner Midrange pieps. Single carb intake. I'm having issues getting the single carb jetted, only had it on for a week, but I also have the stock carbs/intake and a pair of 34mm Mikuni's if you want the baby to run. The frame has been freshly gussetted and PC'ed. It also has a Coolhead on it. Barely used paddles on some light .125 wheels that have been dented, but still work good. It has a PRM front bumper and grab bar. It's a great machine, super strong and has never let me down. Maybe send me some pics to [email protected]. Scott Quote
