XxMeltIcexX Posted June 2, 2005 Report Posted June 2, 2005 u can only go so fast over a jump...i dont see the need for more than 450cc on a bike..does anyone else agree? yeah the faster you get there the better but ...i dunno. 376892 Screw that! I want more displacement! Eric Quote
broke Posted June 2, 2005 Report Posted June 2, 2005 Screw that! I want more displacement! Eric 376907 I couldn't agree more. I don't ride a Banshee for its handling, it's the motor that really makes these things what they are. Quote
rocketboy Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 watch its gonna have a dump load of hype then when it hits the floor its gonna be detuned and choked up design so bad ,like most of the other four pokes. im sure whatever it is an old 1987 dg piped banshee will smoke it. chassis and suspensions see m to get better each year but these 4 stroke engines are very lack luster (maybe a piped yfz 450 can be quic) b ut the topend nutz isnt there ,they all seem like after 4th the power is dull, flat , and mundane IMO Quote
iceman Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 well i too have faith in suzuki..they will piss all over yamaha and hondas new sport bikes...but the fact of the matter is ... u can only go so fast over a jump...i dont see the need for more than 450cc on a bike..does anyone else agree? yeah the faster you get there the better but ...i dunno. 376892 technically, if you ride a banshee the 350cc 2stroke has more power than 450cc 4 stroke. racer Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 Basically we are buying race models 376693 I highly disagree. no street bike will ever be a full on race bike. the '05 might be what was race ready in '95, but racing too has progressed. until a blue or red comes with a tunable efi, GP shift, and suspenions set up for your weight; its not race ready. thats just the components, passin tech inspection is a whole 'nother ball game. bansheeryder_69 Posted June 4, 2005 Report Posted June 4, 2005 Suzuki did with their 450 with what they did with the GSXR's they waited until everyone gets their products finished and then drop their bomb later on just to make sure it beats everyones in this case their 450. Honestly I think it will beat the yammie but you never know, thats what they said about hondas 450 Quote
