MrTJ Posted June 2, 2005 Report Posted June 2, 2005 (edited) I got one and a half rides out of them before I crashed and broke my collar bone I was going up this little hill/ jump and when I caught some air at the top some how the rear end got kicked up and I nose dived into the ground, flipping the quad upside down and, throwing me off it, breaking my shoulder. But do not fear, the banshee is fine, its tougher than me it seems. So im sitting here typing with one hand wondering what im gonna do for the next 14 days because im in the army and the doctor gave me 14 days Convalescent leave (14 days off work, paid). the time off work will be nice but i cant do any thing, I just wish i could ride some more Edited June 2, 2005 by MrTJ Quote

fast87 Posted June 2, 2005 Report Posted June 2, 2005 i woulden't advise it, but you can ride with a broken bone or two, just be careful and no jumps or powersliding, also i am in no way, shape, or form responsible for any further injuries you may suatain , lol, anyway i broke my arm, and fractured my wrist in 6 places, 2 weeks after i got the complete arm cast i was riding my banshee again , i just had to swivel my body to the right and lean forward(cast was on left arm from wrist to my shoulder), but either way i never got hurt, hell i even rode jet skis over memorial weekend that year and got lucky enough not to fall in, i think my mom and the doctor would have killed me if they knew what i was doing good luck and get well soon, don't let something small like a broken bone stop ya!! ~Mark~ Quote
kw04 Posted June 3, 2005 Report Posted June 3, 2005 i should have brought a video camera it was a good front flip. you know you can put your clutch on the right side and try that then you might be able to ride a little. ill help you put it in and out of the truck. Quote
