socalrider Posted May 31, 2005 Report Posted May 31, 2005 my next mod will be reeds, do i need to rejet, guys at toomey said i wouldn't need to, what do you guys think? Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 31, 2005 Report Posted May 31, 2005 guys at toomey are fuckin idiots. more air flow=more fuel. it may not be a significant change but it may just be enough to keep from burning holes in the top of your pistons. i would absolutely do a quick plug check after installing. i bet youll need to go up one main jet size. what mods do you have? socalrider Posted May 31, 2005 Author Report Posted May 31, 2005 t-6, 2 in 1 air filter, coolhead, timing advance, flywheel, thats about it, Quote
locogato11283 Posted May 31, 2005 Report Posted May 31, 2005 v force will def compliment your mods well. i would check your plugs before and after installing. my guess is that some sort of jetting change will be needed but all machines are different. let us know how it comes out... Quote
