I posted a while back about measureing from the front corner of a Banshee jug to the nearest point on a Shearer, is anyone able to take that measurement? Quote
white trash Posted May 30, 2005 Report Posted May 30, 2005 Kind of a hard spot to get an easy measurment. From the outer edge (right of) the stud on the front of the head, to the inside of the pipe I am coming up with 2-1/4 +/- 1/8 of an inch. Like i said hard to measure. If you want man, Im only an hor or so away from you, you could bring your bike to my house and we could pull my pipes off and put em on your bike to check fitment. broke Posted May 30, 2005 Author Report Posted May 30, 2005 That's pretty much where I needed the measurement. 2 1/4" may be just enough to make them fit. I make take you up on that. I have a brand new set of Rockets here that may be up for sale if they do fit. I can get away with a little sacrifice in the low end, but I want something that pulls hard on top. When I get the motor back, I will definately start to experimn=ent. Thanks, Jay Quote

Let me know if you want to meet up and put my pipes on your bike. I'd hate to see someone shell out $500 for somthing that wont fit Quote
